Mobile developer in Istanbul.
I am a mobile application developer, building iOS and Android apps professionally since 2021 with React Native, Expo and TypeScript, alongside full stack work in Node.js.
Six of my own apps are live on the App Store and Google Play, localized into fifteen languages, designed, built and published end to end.
Most of them share an audience: cutting lists, G-code, flat patterns. The people using them are machinists, cabinet makers and sheet metal fabricators, usually holding a phone in a workshop rather than sitting at a desk. That constraint decides most of what the software looks like.
Shipping an app is more than the app itself. Payments run through in-app purchases with RevenueCat, and through custom credit economies backed by signed webhooks and idempotent refunds. Behind them sit REST backends in Node.js, push notifications, crash monitoring with Sentry, and product analytics on PostHog with campaign attribution that lines up across Apple and Play. Releases go out through CI/CD pipelines and end to end tests with Detox and Maestro, with store metadata kept current in fifteen locales.
